Delivering CRM and eCommerce strategy for Antelliq

The brief

When beginning a new project we ensure to understand what a business needs from us and clearly identify their KPIs and expectations. 

After working with the Antelliq team we concluded that we were going to:

  • Engaged to work with the CIO to drive a transformation programme forward and realise revenue growth targets of £500m

  • Deliver a business case that would deliver benefits across all regions as the business moved to a subscriptions model for larger sales

  • New eCommerce technology across EMEA

  • Lead the Implementation of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ and Zuora across all regions

What we did 

After learning more about Antelliq’s work we identified key areas in the process that we could improve. Over the course of our partnership we:

  • Lead the internal and supplier teams

  • Programme Management, Project Management and Business Analysis 

Outcomes

Through the combined efforts of Incubus and Antelliq we were able to generate these results:

  • 60% of the EMEA region is able to sell a subscriptions model to their customers, with an initial increase in revenue of 22% in the first 18 months post-launch

  • eCommerce rolled out across 5 regions (Poland, Brazil, Australia, Germany & Italy)
